Join us at the most beautiful rural location in the heart of Epping for a blissful morning of yoga, meditation, nourishing vegan food

and connection.

Saturday 8th June

10am - 2pm

What to expect...

* Welcome drink of fresh cold pressed juice on arrival.

* 75 Minute yoga practice led by Sam in the lush outdoor gardens (weather permitting, otherwise we have a cosy cabin to practice in). This will include a re-energising vinyasa  slow flow with meditation to help ground and recenter.

* Enjoy a sit down brunch prepared by qualified nutritionist Preet Halbert. Using only the freshest ingredients direct from her vegetable garden, you can expect to be thrilled at the 4-course menu on offer. A feast of vegan delights using her living foods recipes designed to tantalise your taste buds. 

* Spending time getting to know like minded souls, making new friends and nourishing your body, heart and soul. All while immersing yourself in the most beautiful surroundings of nature.

Yoga mats will be provided, however if you wish to bring your own please feel free to do so, along with any other props that allow you to feel comfortable during practice.

Exact location will be revealed once the booking has been made. 

There will be plenty of parking available, although if you can carpool with anyone else you know who is coming that would be great.
