Service Description

Yin Yoga can be a deeply meditative and self healing practice where we use floor based postures to help stimulate the flow of energy in the body (meridian lines) and hydrate the deep connective tissues (fascia). By exploring each pose for 3-5 minutes we move in softly and tenderly which helps to promote a sense of safety in the body allowing it to open slowly and release tension. It is a practice that invites us to slow right down and listen and feel into the wisdom of the body rather than the thinking of the mind. (Suitable for all levels) *Props such as blocks, bolsters, pillows and blankets may come in useful for this practice.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled/cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you are booked onto a class and cannot attend the live stream you will be sent a recording of the session which will be available to use for up to 1 week.
