A slower 60 minute practice, allowing time to feel each pose and experience the way your body moves in relation to the space around it. I will also offer a playlist which can be accessed through Spotify. Options will be given throughout, making this suitable for most levels, although it is advised that you already have some yoga practice experience. The practice will end in a blissful savasana, leaving you feeling re energised and ready to start your day. Props such as blocks may come in useful.
Bookings may be rescheduled/cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you are booked onto a class and cannot attend the live stream you will be sent a recording of the session which will be available to use for up to 1 week.
