This Yin/Embodied Yin™ practice is an invitation to explore our multidimensional capacities for healing by listening and sensing with the whole body-mind. Sometimes finding movement within stillness and encouraging a state of being rather than doing. In Yin Yoga we create gentle (sometimes more dynamic) long held postures and practices, working with fascia (connective tissue) and stimulating energy flow in the meridians and energy channels, helping to restore, rewire and replenish our nervous system. During these Yang infused times, Yin, and the rebalancing of YinYang dynamics, help us to stop, reset and respond as we start again. (Suitable for all levels) *Props such as blocks, bolsters, pillows and blankets may come in useful for this practice.
Bookings may be rescheduled/cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you are booked onto a class and cannot attend the live stream you will be sent a recording of the session which will be available to use for up to 1 week.
