BREATHE . FLOW . CONNECT
My love for yoga began as a form of moving meditation. As someone who could never sit still with my thoughts and having suffered with anxiety, I found that practising the asana with the flow of the breath helped to calm the mind and deepen self inquiry. It allowed me to let go of what is going on outside and connect to what is going on inside. As a yoga teacher my goal is to help people feel that mind body connection so they can be aware of their needs and in turn take care of themselves.
